Personal Training  

 

My name is Karen Payne and I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer.

 

Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, recover from injury or illness, or train for a sporting event I can help you achieve your fitness goals.

 

We can workout in my small studio, your home, around the local streets or in the park. 

 

If you think personal training is something that could work for you, give me a call and I'll arrange a 30 minute free consultation at time to suit you.

 

Off peak prices

 

1 hour personal training sessions       £35  or 5 sessions for £150

Half hour personal training session    £25  or 5 sessions for £100

40 minute run only sessions             £25  or 5 sessions for £100

 

2 for 1 -  bring along a friend for free.  3rd person plus only £5 per person

 

Peak prices (after 6pm and weekends)

 

1 hour   £45  or 5 for £200   Waiting list currently in place for peak sessions


Cancellation policy: please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. Full charge will apply for same day cancellations.
