Our Learn2run courses are aimed at complete beginners. If you are really unfit, overweight or just want to take it slowly then this is the group for you. 

Each course lasts 8 weeks and costs £20

We use a walk/run method that builds you up slowly, going at your own pace but pushing you just enough! We keep the routes short and the session lasts no longer than 40 minutes including your warm up and cool down.

When you have completed the course you can move up to the regular group or join the next Learn2run group if you prefer.
