More running

If you can't make our scheduled runs, we can offer small groups or 1-2-1 personal training sessions. Call Karen on 07531 959511 for more information.  We also have a whatsapp group that members use to organise runs outside of club times.

 

Footwear

It is very important that you wear a good pair of running shoes that are suitable for your running style and gate.  Runners Need (in Snow and Rock Romford) offer our members 15% discount or a price match. For online orders use code AF-UPJOG-M2


Injuries

Don't run through pain!  If you get injured you need to rest, ice and elevate.  If after 3 days you are still in pain please speak to me and I'll give you some advice or send you to your GP or a good physio.

  

Nutrition

Nutrition plays a huge part in your running, from fueling to recovery. You may also be looking to lose weight. Please ask me for one of my handouts for more information.
